Promotes horticultural seed products, builds relationships with farmers and stakeholders, and achieves annual promotion targets.
- Responsible for horticulture seed product promotion activities (demoplot, farmer field day, etc.)
- Obtaining information related to product acceptance as well as manage good relationships with farmer & stakeholders
- Building strong relationship with farmer and trader
- Collect and develop farmer data in their work area
- Providing data for internal market survey purpose
- Accessing CRM (PJP, Check-in/out, etc.)
- Min Diploma III / Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Agriculture
- Min 1 year of experience working in similar role, (fresh graduated are welcome to apply)
- Know market needs, trends, and preferences of vegetable products in Indonesia
- Understand agricultural cultivation techniques
- Customer & Target oriented person
- Have an interest in building relationships with new people
- Have strong integrity, honest, and trustworthy
- Have SIM C and personal motorbike
- Ready to work in any marketing field area (West Java)
- Willing to travel and relocated according to company policy
- Available to join ASAP
