Responsible for developing new seed varieties through research and breeding programs. This role involves improving existing products, analyzing industry trends, and ensuring new varieties meet market demands
- Find new variety product (seed research and breeding)
- Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
- Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
- Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
- Oversee complex research projects, analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Min Post graduated of Agriculture/Agrotechnology/Plant Breeding majoring in Seed Breeding/pest and plant diseases/Molecular Genetic/Bioinformatic/ Molecular biology
- Preferable have experience in similar position, but fresh graduated are welcome
- Understand and able to use Bioinformatics software
- Have research in Plant Breeding/pathology/molecular genetic topics or thesis
- Willing to travel
- Ready to work at Purwakarta– West Java
