As an HSE Intern, you will promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. Your main role is to support daily HSE operations, helping to ensure that all employees follow safety rules and that the company's activities do not harm the environment.
Learning Objectives
Understand the day-to-day responsibilities of an HSE professional in an agricultural seed company.
Learn how to conduct a practical safety inspection and basic risk assessment.
Gain knowledge of key Indonesian HSE regulations (like SMK3/K3) and how they are applied in a real-world setting.
Develop skills in communicating safety information effectively to different teams.
Gain experience in basic incident reporting and data tracking.
Program Requirements
An active student (D4/S1) in Public Health (majoring in K3/Occupational Health & Safety), Environmental Engineering, or another related technical field.
Preferably in your 6th semester or final year of study.
Has a basic understanding of HSE/K3 principles (knowledge of SMK3 is a plus).
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, willing to learn, has good attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Willing and able to work in office and field (production environments)
Have an active bank account.
Have active health insurance coverage (BPJS Kesehatan or equivalent).
