The Urban Farming Officer, part of the Corporate Relations & Communications team, drives urban farming programs in Jakarta and surrounding areas. This role strengthens EWINDO’s urban horticulture leadership, fosters healthier communities, and promotes vegetable consumption while supporting the commercial growth of “Cap Panah Merah” seeds.
- Implement and promote innovative urban farming practices using agronomic expertise
- Develop and maintain partnerships with government agencies, communities, private sectors, and NGOs to expand program impact
- Monitor program progress, measure impact, and provide regular performance reports for continuous improvement.
- Advocate for vegetable consumption through public outreach, workshops, and events, reinforcing the value of “Cap Panah Merah” seed product.
- Min bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field with 3 years' experience in urban farming/agriculture.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Preferable have driving license (SIM A/C)
- Proficient in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to travel
- Covering Jakarta, its greater area and other cities where expansion is deemed necessary
- Based in Jakarta and willing to work from our Head Office in Purwakarta, West Java, at least once a week.
