Production Trainee Program (PTP)

The Production Trainee Program (PTP) is a structured development program for fresh graduates who are passionate about agriculture and eager to build a career in seed production. Trainees will be exposed to end-to-end production processes, gaining hands-on experience in field operations, agronomic practices, and quality assurance standards. The program aims to build future production professionals who are ready to contribute to high-quality and efficient seed production.

Job Description

Participate in a structured rotational program across various production functions
Collaborate with production supervisors and field coordinators to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
Prepare regular reports on assigned tasks, field observations, and key learnings throughout the program.

Job Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in seed production or crop production, with a willingness to work in outdoor field environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Willing to be placed in various production areas across Indonesia (Lampung, Banten, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Nusa Tenggara).
