As a Breeding Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in pepper cultivation and practical plant breeding processes, from seed to seed. This internship provides exposure to crop improvement programs, field research, seed production, and biotechnology applications that support the development of superior pepper varieties.

Program Requirements
Active student (S1/D3) majoring in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Horticulture, or related fields.
Basic understanding of agriculture, agronomy, and plant breeding concepts.
Strong observational skills for plant characterization and evaluation.
Interested in crop improvement, seed production, and agricultural research.
Able to work outdoors in field conditions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data documentation and reporting.
Detail-oriented, persistent, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Have an active bank account.
Have active health insurance coverage (BPJS Kesehatan or equivalent).
