Strategic Management Trainee program at PT East-West Seed Indonesia (EWINDO) provides a distinct opportunity for individuals to hone their leadership abilities through practical, on-the-job learning and involvement in cross-divisional projects. Here, we call it Strategic Leadership Trainee (SLT). Much like a management trainee program, the SLT initiative aims to foster leadership potential under the CEO's direct guidance. The trainees will tackle demanding tasks that contribute to their personal and professional development, rather than adhering to pre-determined learning modules.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic projects related to business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in cross-divisional rotations to gain broad exposure to the company’s core functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance).
Identify business challenges and propose innovative solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and insights to top management.
Actively contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, sustainability, and performance across business units.
Demonstrate leadership potential through proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration.
