As a Learning and Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting employee skill development activities within the company. You will be involved in the planning, execution, and evaluation of various training and development programs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing training processes and contributing to employee growth.

Job Description

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of training activities, including scheduling, participant invitations, and material preparation.
  • Support training sessions by handling documentation and providing logistical needs.
  • Collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness, such as participant feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop both digital and face-to-face learning materials.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to Learning and Development, such as maintaining participant databases, training reports, and certificates.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance learning methods and innovative training approaches.
  • Design visually appealing training materials, such as posters, slides, infographics, or other digital assets, using design applications (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools).
  • Create engaging promotional content for training events to encourage participation. 

Job Requirement

  • Active university student or recent graduate in Psychology, Management, Education, and Administration
  • Strong interest in employee development and training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in using design applications such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools to create visual content.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual designs.
    Willing to commit to a 4–6 month internship program.
